The Brskovo Mine company CEO Ahlenius Nils Agne received a decision from the Border Police to leave the territory of Montenegro. He was also banned from entering the territory of Montenegro for the next 30 days, the Police Directorate has told CdM. Agne’s stay was cancelled because he did not have a work or residence permits, that is, he violated the Law on Foreigners.
The inspection determined that Agne was staying in Montenegro without work and residence permits, which is why the company headed by him was fined €1,300 for violating the Law on Foreigners.
RTCG writes that this is not the first time that the company violates the Law on Foreigners.
Namely, even the former CEO of the company founded for the exploitation of ore in Brskovo, Richard Boffi, did not have a work or residence permits, which was also established by the Directorate for Inspection Affairs.
The whole story about the business operations of the company Brskovo Mine, i.e. Tara Resources, is accompanied by numerous controversies. Minister of Energy and Mining Sasa Mujovic recently said in a statement to TVCG that certain foreign diplomats tried to inappropriately influence the Government to open a mine in Mojkovac.
