During the trial in the attempted terrorism case, the requests of the defendant Milan Knezevic for the exclusion of the Podgorica High Court president Boris Savic and judges Suzana Mugosa, Vesna Pean and Dragica Vukovic was rejected by the Appellate Court.
Judge Mugosa removed Knezevic from the courtroom over insulting the court and witness Mirko Paja Velimirovic. He emphasised that the court enabled Sasa Sindjelic to go around Montenegro.
Chief special prosecutor Milivoje Katnic said that Velimirovic was frankly talking about his dilemmas about the coup. Katnic pointed out that Velimirovic’s testimony confirmed the allegations of the indictment.
On the other hand, the defence attorneys believe that the prosecutor’s office fabricated the case and that the testimony of the witnesses was confusing and preconceived.

Lawyer Dusan Radosavljevic believes that the testimony of the witness was an illustration of a spiritual fall and abuse of truth.
Lawyer Drazen Medojevic claims that Velimirovic’s testimony was a classic example of the proverb “A lie has no legs”.
The trial continues tomorrow at 9am.
