Lustica Bay presented in Belgrade: Project worth 1.1 billion euros

 

A new tourist center that is being built in a sparsely populated part of the peninsula Lustica near Tivat was presented during a cocktail party SAM organized for business representatives and guests from public life.

The integrated project plans to offer seven hotels, two marinas with support for binding and 226 berths, a professional golf course with 18 holes with a signature of Gary Player, more than 1.000 apartments, over 500 villas and town houses, a Thalasso Center, shopping facilities, a school, city center and the necessary infrastructure.

It is the biggest greenfield investment in this part of Europe, and the construction period is planned in several phases over 25 years.

“Building Lustica Bay, located at the crossroads between the Boka Bay and Budva Riviera, began two years ago. This May 1st, 70 owners got their keys and moved into their completed apartments. By the end of 2017, the first phase of the project will be completed, which implies an operational marina with 176 berths, completed Marina village, the first of seven hotels and the necessary infrastructure”, said Director of Marketing and Sales department of Lustica Development, Ruediger Fleige.
