Former Prime Minister and DPS MP Dusko Markovic has said that the initiative of the Democratic Front to shorten the mandate of Parliament can be supported only by the votes of the opposition, whose support the DF does not want. Markovic has also assessed that the early elections are the healthiest democratic way to solve the political crisis in Montenegro.
The initiative of the opposition to vote on no confidence in the Government, as Markovic says during the Link show on Radio Montenegro, was legitimate.
A new initiative, announced for January by DPS deputy leader Ivan Vukovic is possible, so it will be shown in the coming days whether that will happen.
He recalls that the Montenegrin government is unique in the world because it is not supported by the majority that elected it.
