Speaking as a guest on the show “The Center” on national TV, RTCG, Markovic said that while he was at the head of the National Security Agency, there were information on Djukanovic’s vulnerability.
“In relation to the threat from 2007, the Prosecution has received some information from a man who, as I understood, was one of the actors of the story. Special Prosecutor’s Office will certainly have the capacity to, with respect to this information, bring the matter to an end”, said Markovic, commenting on the preliminary investigation initiated by the Special Prosecutor regarding the report a former employee of the Home Security department, Vasilije Mijovic, filed against then-minister Andrija Jovicevic.
Markovic said that’s all he could say, noting that he is not invited to speak about what the NSA dealt with during this period.
“Once I carelessly commented in another show, on another television, and received a criminal complaint. From this, of course, I learned my lesson”, Markovic said.
