The Democratic Party of Socialist (DPS) leader Milo Djukanovic will certainly win presidential elections if he decided to run and it is clear to everyone in Montenegro, the party’s political director Tarzan Milosevic told Dan. He said that DPS’s presidential candidate would be known by the end of November.
Milosevic said that DPS could discuss any matter with the opposition but only in Parliament. He added that its MPs should return to the assembly.
He also said that he expected DPS’s absolute victory in the 26 November local elections in Mojkovac, Petnjica, Cetinje and Tuzi.
