President of the Municipality of Mojkovac, Ranko Mišnić, pointed out that their local administration had started numerous projects that were supposed to create new image to this town and further develop the municipality.
In the interview for Dnevne novine, the first man of Mojkovac, says that they continue with their activities while following the vision of the town, fully aware of the needs for constant improvement of life quality of every individual.
Local administration has paid great attention to the development of roads in the town area. In addition, road infrastructure in the rural area is being worked on as well.
“The tender for the contractor for the construction of the bridge foot way that will connect the downtown with the newly formed sport and recreation zone has been called”, says Mišnić.
Also, the square might get a new image very soon. Conceptual design for its reconstruction is currently being developed. Many-year long problem with wastewater in Valjevska street will be solved soon, with the reconstruction of sewerage network and construction of parking and new communication to the thoroughfare.
“Tender for the construction of power substation foe energy supply has been finished and the project documentation for the construction of the main communication has been developed”, says Mišnić.
He points out that they dedicated special attention to arrangement of public spaces, improvement of existing and creation of new resorts.
“A clean town in fresh colors- that’s what we are striving for when it comes to the visual effect. Town lake has been completely equipped with public utilities infrastructure. We’ve continued with the practice of separating waste. We want citizens to feel like the public spaces are their garden”, says Mišnić.
The story about the construction of ski center is getting closer to the end these days, through the construction of road infrastructure and the preparation of the documentation for the construction of a base station and a ropeway.
“It’s certain that this project will be the new drive force of the development of our municipality and that it will create new jobs. That’s what our activities are aimed at”, says Mišnić.
