Montenegro will open Chapter 27- Environment and Climate Changes on 10 December, in Brussels. Costs for this chapter will amount 1,6 billion EUR.
Minister of Sustainable Development and Tourism, Pavle Radulović, said today that they were the ones who were right and not the NGO sector. He pointed out that this is a great success.
After Chapter 27, there is only one left to be open. Next year will be marked with the closure of this chapter.
“This is a big success for Montenegro and I would like to publicly express my gratitude to the collaborators. I would also like to thank our diplomatic network in the EU as well as diplomats of the EU Member States and negotiation structures of the Government. This is a huge step in the negotiation process”, said Minister Radulović.
