“We cannot but notice that, in spite of the assurance that Montenegrin leaders are getting from western countries, joining the process of Northatlantic integrations obviously doesn’t lead to its consolidation and prosperity. It seems more likely that there’s a political and ideological polarization of the society and emphasazing socio-economic issues”, it was stated in the announcement that was reported by Tanjug.
As it was said, the impression is that “directing towards fast moving of Montenegro towards NATO is at the same time attack on alternative options”.
Russian ministry stated that among arrested and injured persons there are no Russian citizens, and emphasized that Russia stated many times that a stable Montenegro which successfully develops is at Russia’s best interest.
