The MPs of the new parliamentary majority, at least 46 of them, will submit to Parliament the initiative to postpone the elections in Podgorica and 13 municipalities until the end of October through amendments to the Law on Local Self-Government, CdM has been confirmed.
A 3/5 majority is required to vote. That majority is provided by 3 Social Democrat MPs.
