In today’s session, Government of Montenegro appointed Mr Miomir M.Mugoša director of Tax Administration, who so far has been performing functions of the acting director of this institution.
“Government’s Commission for staff and administrative issues considered the proposal made by Mr Darko Radunović, Minister of Finance. Mr Mugoša was the highest ranking candidate with 43 points in the procedure of the examination of competences, knowledge and abilities”, said the representatives of the Government.
In accordance with the Regulation on the organization and manner of functioning of state administration, Tax Administration was part of the Ministry of Finance. This year, it became an independent body, which required new management structure.
Ministry’s reasoning states that Mr Mugoša’s results recommended him for the function.
