Veselin Mujovic’s trail for fraud has been postponed and the new date has been set for 19 December 2017 in the Basic Court in Podgorica. The proceedings were interrupted because Mujovic claimed exemption of judge Rade Cetkovic, which was denied as unjustified.
Mujovic claimed judge Cetkovic is a cousin of Svetozar Marovic. He also sought the exemption of prosecutor Zorica Milanovic.
The Basic Court in Podgorica found his claims unjustified and thus decided to allow the judge Cetkovic and prosecutor Milanovic to conduct proceedings accordingly.
