Starting from Thursday, trade facilities and pharmacies will be working from 8 am to 6 pm, is one of the measures adopted yesterday by the National Coordination Body.
Intercity traffic will be banned, expect for motor passenger vehicles used for the activities relevant to the transport of goods, supply and delivery of medicines, emergency medical assistance, communal activities, supply of fuel and electricity, transport of workers, transport of persons who were outside their place of residence. Two persons maximum are allowed to be in a public place.
Owners of kiosks for selling print media are obliged to work from 7 am 70 3 pm, in two shifts, 4 hours for every employee. Passenger international traffic will be suspended starting from Thursday.
Temporary measures:
- International traffic shall be banned, expect for announced arrivals of Montenegrin citizens with mandatory placement in quarantines.
- Passenger intercity traffic shall be banned, expect for motor passenger vehicles used for the activities relevant to the transport of goods, supply and delivery of medicines, emergency medical assistance, communal activities, supply of fuel and electricity, transport of workers and persons who were outside their residence.
- More than two persons are not allowed to be in the open public place at the same time.
- Medical practitioner is allowed to extend the leave until 30 April 2020, at the request of the employee.
- Legal entities and physical persons performing construction activities shall organize their work in such a way to respect epidemic measures, especially social distancing and other protection measures.
- Pharmacies, trade facilities, specialized facilities for selling baby products, construction materials, substances for the protection of plants, products for feeding and treatment of animals etc,shall organize their working hours in the period from 8 am to 6 pm, expect for the deliveries.
- Kiosks shall work from 7 am to 3 pm, in two shifts.
- Competent authorities on charge of controlling and regulating traffic shall consider expired driving licenses valid, provided that the driver has valid insurance policy and proof of the technical check.
- State authorities, local administration authorities, business entities, public institutions and other legal entities, entrepreneurs and physical persons shall consider valid permits for temporary stay and work of strangers.
- Collection of tax (€2) for citizens who had ordered issue of certificates via portal www.dokumenta.me shall be suspended.
Inspection supervision to be enhanced
It was concluded that inspection supervision should be enhanced.
National Coordination Body has carefully analyzed addressed of the representatives of trade unions and said that protection of healthcare workers was vital in this fight.
Trade unions to be engaged
Trade unions will be invited to take part in one of the next sessions, with the aim of considering the best options for their active engagement.
