A total of 3.887 citizens have applied for the ‘Velje Brdo’ project so far following the launch of the website on Friday night (tps://veljebrdo.gov.me), the government has stated.

“At this moment, citizens may apply for flats of the 60 and 100 sqm surface.”
The price of a square metre will amount to around €1.000.
First flats are expected to be finished during 2026.
