Previous members of the Board of Directors of the Electric Power Company of Montenegro, EPCG, run by Mr Đoko Krivokapić, have been dismissed on the proposal of the government at today’s session of the EPCG shareholders’ assembly.
The EPCG now welcomes new board members: Mr Milutin Đukanović, Mr Nenad Marković, Mr Aleksandar Dožić, Mr Milun Božović, Mr Jovan Radošević, Ms Mirjana Čizmović and Mr Rajko Radusinović.
Recall, members of the board endorsed by the government on Thursday were Mr Đukanović, Mr Dožić and Mr Radusinović, while the latest government’s decision kicked out Mr Martin Ćalasan, Mr Veljko Vasiljević, Mr Marko Živković and Mr Saša Miličić.
Seven representatives of shareholders voted today. Mr Marko Perunović, the State Secretary in the Ministry for Capital Investment, attended the session in the capacity of a government’s representative.
