Podgorica will soon get a new luxury residential complex and the City Promenade in the Zagoric neighbourhood, Dan newspaper writes.
The Celebic company, which is the investor of this project, announced that the building permit was to be issued in the next two weeks and that the construction of the complex worth €30m would begin.
In addition to residential buildings, construction of a promenade along the Moraca river is also planned. It will include a space for relaxing, benches and cascading staircase, as well as a children’s playground and a cafe.
“The Moraca river is one of the symbols of Podgorica. Elder residents wistfully recall the days when they spent much time on the banks of the Moraca and Ribnica rivers. The Celebic company wants to bring Podgorica residents back to the shore and to point out the most beautiful parts in the city,” the company’s PR Maja Krstajic Radoman said.
