Terzic has been questioned today at the Special State Prosecutor’s Office and the High Court in Podgorica.
His prosecutor’s detention expired today at 5PM and a judge Miroslav Basovic has decided that Terzic should be released pending further proceedings.
On Friday night, Terzic was arrested on suspicion of being responsible for the disappearance of 13 letters and two documents seized from the house of detained Veselin Mujovic.
In addition to Terzic, the head of the Police Department for Fight against Organised Crime and Corruption Dalibor Medojevic was also arrested.
The Special Prosecutor’s Office ordered their arrest on suspicion that they committed criminal offenses creation of a criminal organisation and abuse of office.
