It’s likely that the Government of Montenegro will be formed via an online session, CdM has learnt from well-informed sources close to the Parliament.
Consultations of caucuses about the amendments to the rules of procedure are underway, and if they agree on them – the expectation is to have the amendments in place by the end of the week or next week at the latest – voting on the new government could be organized in a virtual format.
In this way, MPs would be able to vote from their homes, which might become the usual practice in the future work of the parliament.
