Orlandić: First commercial flights start on 9 June

Airports of Montenegro will welcome first commercial flights from Budapest and Memmingen on 9 June. That same day flights will be operating Hungary and Germany from Podgorica, said Mr Danilo Orlandić, CEO of the Airports.

“Our airports are fully ready for serving passengers and crafts in the new circumstances. We have been waiting for this for so long”, Mr Orlandić said.

National air carrier, Montenegro Airlines, will have its first flight on 12 June, for Ljubljana and on 14 June for Frankfurt.

“Companies we have been cooperating with announced serious comeback at Montenegrin airports. However, due to the coronavirus situation, flight schedules are subject to changes in many European countries, but I can tell that in mid June Montenegro will be connected to some of the European capitals. We wish warm welcome to everybody who wants to visit country without coronavirus cases”, Mr Orlandić said.
