OSCE experts will arrive to Podgorica this week. The experts and the representatives of the Working Group for implementing that organisation’s recommendations will discuss the submitted suggestions, the group chair Marta Scepanovic said.
The Working Group has drafted laws on electing councillors and MPs, the electoral register, electronic media and the financing of political entities and election campaigns.
On the basis of the Final Report of the OSCE / ODIHR Election Observation Mission on the general elections on 16 October 2016, the Working Group members discussed and proposed the method for implementing the recommendations from that report.
