Pavicevic: Govt shouldn’t be reshuffled for personal interests

Srđan Pavićević

“The position of the Civis citizens’ union is that the Government has raised a lot of current problems and issues, but that in the light of the pace of the process it is too slow. We would like and insist that things happen faster. Whether this sluggishness is the result of poor administration quality, low manpower, or the rich and legally complicated legacy that the previous regime built for its own self-defense remains to be seen and analyzed at the meetings. So far, some results have been achieved, but we and the people who elected us expect more. Whether the Prime Minister and his Government will be able to do more remains to be seen”, says Civis president Srdjan Pavicevic in a statement for Dan.

Ahead of the second meeting of the parliamentary majority parties, announced for the end of this week, he has said that the current political situation, burdened by the crisis of both the parliamentary and executive authorities, was discussed at the previous meeting.
