“I’m sure it’s not necessary to point out the fact that we as MPs must realize our constitutional obligation to exercise parliamentary oversight, which was yesterday illegally abolished by the new special prosecutor”, Pavlovic wrote in his letter to Uyehara.
He pointed out that in this case, relevant institutions will stop at nothing to prevent MPs of the DF to realize their constitutional obligation to supervise the work of the law enforcement bodies.
