Pejovic appealed to the Administrative Court

The former chief negotiator with the EU Aleksandar Andrija Pejovic filed a complaint with the Administrative Court against the decision of the Agency for the Prevention of Corruption (ASK), based on which his professional engagement as the minister of European affairs and the chief negotiator and the ambassador in the Mission in Brussels was assessed as a conflict of interest, the Administrative Court confirmed to CdM.

The Administrative Court will request that ASK provide it with all the files for the said complaint.

After the decision of the ASK, Pejovic resigned in mid-February citing moral reasons.
