Plav resident Mensud Mrkulic (21) has been seriously injured in a car crash. The accident happened this morning, at around 3.00 am, near Berane, CdM learns.
Mrkulic was admitted to the Clinical Center of Montenegro (KCCG) and is in a critical condition.
Mirko Djukic, who was driving the other car, sustained minor injuries.
