Portal CdM has learnt that Podgorica Public Cleaning Services plans to dismiss workers and reduce salaries. This company, managed by Denis Hot, has confirmed the possible layoffs to CdM. It also explains that the company asked the Secretariat for Financial Operations and Budget Analysis and the Ministry of Finance for an opinion on a possible salary reduction.
CdM asked the company whether it was planned to reduce the April salary by 10%, as well as to specify the reasons for the salary cuts, and according to which act that decision would be legally implemented.
When it comes to CdM’s knowledge that layoffs are planned, the company told CdM that at the meeting of its Board of Directors, held on 15 April 2024, the Rulebook on the organization and systematization of workplaces was adopted. It is added that the document foresees a reduction in the number of employees, and that it was sent to the relevant Secretariat for its opinion.
