A 44-year-old man (V. Đ) from Serbia, who was detained for sexual assault on his daughter (17), was released after spending several days in detention, Pobjeda learns.
The extra-procedural council within the Basic Court of Montenegro, which upheld the appeal of defense attorney, Ranko Radonjić, made the decision on his release. Radonjić reminded that his client denied statements given in the criminal charge.
Sexual assault suspect, V.Đ., told to prosecutor that his daughter reported violence, as he hadn’t been supporting her emotional relationship. On the other hand, the police stated this was about sexual harassment and that investigators found this case suspicious after the girl told she had left her home as her father “was touching her body in their family house at the end of 2016.”
