Porto Montenegro at the Boat Show in Dusseldorf

More than 1,700 exhibitors from 60 countries have gathered in Dusseldorf Exhibition Centre to present luxury yachts and sailboats, equipment for snorkelling and sailing, as well as the most modern nautical “toys” for fun on the water, under water as well as along the coast.

This year more than 50,000 yacht industrialists, shipbuilders, brokers, captains and fans of boats, arrived in Dusseldorf.

“Porto Montenegro is presented as a nautical centre and luxury marina on the Adriatic shore, which pays great attention to service industries – including benefits related to the lease of berths and organising holiday activities: sailing packages and different boat races. There is a great interest in the long-term lease of berths in the marina and in Montenegro, as already distinctive yachting destination in the European market,” said event manager in Porto Montenegro Anita Dekovic Moskov, who has been presenting the project in Germany.

With more than 340 manufacturers of boats and yachts, multihull ships and boats, this event represents a unique international forum for world premieres of new yachts and sailboats.

“All of passionate sailors have been captivated by the latest achievements in the yachting industry – every expert in yachting or a nautical enthusiast knows that the Boat Show in Dusseldorf proved once again to be the largest European ‘market ship’,” said the director of the prestigious nautical gathering Goetz-Ulf Jungmichel.

The list of exhibitors from over 60 countries is very diverse – the largest international exhibitors are from Germany, the Netherlands, followed by Italy, France and the United Kingdom.
