Board chair of the Primorje Hotels & Restaurants company from Tivat, Bozidar Draganic, says they were shocked when they found out that that the land, which was sold to Qatari Diar in 2014 for €1.4m, was given back to them.
At first, they thought it was some kind of mistake in the property register. Draganic stresses that Qatari Diar was removed from the register as the owner, without any notification and participation in that procedure.
Real Estate Administration thinks that it’s about a business barrier towards the investor, but add they did all in accordance with laws.
