Public call for the citizens who want to buy an apartment in this year’s project “1000 plus” will be announced in July, said the Managing Director of the Directorate for Housing Development within the Ministry of Tourism and Sustainable Development, Marko Čanović.
Public call for commercial banks and bidders is closed and now their bids are about to be considered.
“After that, we make the final list of bids and we announce the public call for citizens”, says Čanović.
The conditions include: fixed interest rate of 2,99 %, repayment period up to 20 years without mandatory participation and loan processing of 0,3%.
