The connection of ski centers, the “economic passport” program and the completion of the priority highway section have encouraged an increase in real estate prices in Kolasin. In a year, apartment prices have soared by 60%, and it is expected that a square meter will cost €2,000 in the next two years. The demand for small plots is big, and the problem is urbanization that has not been implemented in Kolasin, Pobjeda reports.
The director of the “Top Invest Kl” agency, Boban Bulatovic, has told Pobjeda that real estate prices have been growing every day for the last year and that a further increase is expected.
