He says the booking is accompanied by financial results that exceeded planned, which is why they are very satisfied.
“We have a very good season and our busiest peak was in July and August. The weather is good, so our visits are excellent in September as well. As we expected, we are also full until October. Financial results are very good. We have exceeded the budget, so it was definitely a successful year for us. On the first of October, we are closing the island and we hope that in “Villa Milocer” we will have a successfull winter”, said Brooke.
He hopes that the island will next year open a month earlier, on April 1st.
“We have 50 rooms on the island, eight rooms in Vila “Miločer”, six restaurants, three beaches and a spa center”, said Brooke.
The rooms are divided into nine categories, depending on the size and view, because every maisonette is different. So the prices range, he said, from 1.000 to 4.200 euros per night.
“For 20 euros per person, the island may be visited twice a day, but this is limited to 10 people because of the constant hotel occupancy. A dinner may also be booked on the island, but making reservations is a must because of the limited space”, said Brooke.
Sveti Stefan hired 90 percent of its workers from Montenegro, which is one of the company’s priorities when it comes to employment, stressed Brooke.
