Heads of states and governments of 29 NATO member states adopted the Declaration which contains 13 items and which defines the challenges, further action and priorities of the Alliance.

The document states that “Russia challenges Euro-Atlantic safety and stability through hybrid activities, including the efforts to intervene into the election processes and sovereignty, as it has been the case in Montenegro”.

Euro-Atlantic security area has become less stable and predictable, as a consequence of illegal and illegitimate annexation of Crimea.

“Russia is violating international law, conducting provocative military actions and is constantly trying to undermine our institutions and disunite us”, concluded the heads of governments of NATO members.

However, they are ready for the dialogue with Russia so that they can clarify the views of the Alliance.
