Podgorica’s resident Aleksandar Sakovic (48) surrendered yesterday morning to the Police Department inspectors. After that, he was taken to the Spuz investigative prison since 30 day custody. The police were searching for Sakovic on suspicion of having hit a 12-year-old boy in the Branko Bozovic primary school’s yard.
Sakovic is suspected that Sakovic slapped the boy several times and then held him to allow his underage son to hit him in the head multiple times.
Sakovic has been registered as a person of interest. He is suspected of the criminal offense of abuse.
Family of the injured boy reported the incident to police. During the investigation several witnesses were questioned.
