Minister of Health Dragoslav Scekic has dismissed the director of the Niksic General Hospital, doctor Marko Mitrovic, CdM learns. According to CdM sources, orthopedist Mitar Saranovic has been appointed in his place.
Democratic Montenegro official Marko Mitrovic was appointed in February last year as the director of the named hospital.
He replaced doctor Ilija Asanin in that position. The then Minister of Health, Jelena Borovinic Bojovic, dismissed Asanin from the post of director of the Niksic hospital.
Many controversies have been registered since Mitrovic’s arrival at the head of the hospital.
