Simović to Božović: Serbia needs respirators more than we do

President of the National Coordination Body, Mr Milutin Simović, reiterated today that the situation with the coronavirus pandemic in Montenegro is less risky than the one in Serbia, and therefore, it’s better to use the respirators, that the Serbian authorities intended to donate to our country, for saving lives of Serbian citizens.

During the video conference call held at the United Nations building in Podgorica, Montenegro presented its Preparedness and Response Plan for Covid-19 Pandemic. Serbia’s ambassador, Mr Vladimir Božović, said he fully backed all Montenegro’s measures and called on the Montenegrin govt to ‘reconsider their decision once again’.

Deputy PM and president of the National Coordination Body, Mr Simović, thanked the Ambassador for being supportive and assessed that Serbia needs the respirators more.
