Representatives of General Inspectorate for Emergency Situations within the Ministry of Interior of Romania made a donation of medical equipment today, as part of the mechanism for EU Civil Protection.
Director General of the Directorate, Mr Mirsad Mulić, expressed gratitude to Romania for the help and for showing that it cherishes friendly relations with Montenegro.
In his opinion, this donation is also a proof of how important it is to be part of the EU Mechanism for civil protection.
Medical equipment has been provided through special rescue instrument of the Mechanism. Romania provided procurement, distribution and coordination of this donation.
Ambassador of Romania to Montenegro, Mr Ferdinand Nađi, said that this help was another example of solidarity of the EU member states and confirmation of extremely good relations between Romania and Montenegro.
