Minister of Finance and Social Welfare Milojko Spajić has announced today in Parliament that it is planned to hold a census this year, for which €2.5m has been allocated for Monstat and €350,000 from joint procurements.
“According to this budget, the census will be held. It is a political decision whether it will take place or not, someone else is to decide on this”, Minister Spajić has said briefly.
It’s recalled that yesterday, MPs completed the joint debate on the Draft Law on the Budget of Montenegro for 2021, the Draft Decision on Borrowing of Montenegro for 2021 and the Draft Law on Amendments to the Law on Budget and Fiscal Responsibility.
