The State Election Commission (DIK) rejected earlier tonight 15 objections submitted by Nebojsa Vuksanovic, the authorized representative of Vuk Kadic, who was the candidate standing for the elections in Podgorica and the leader of the list ‘Dr Vuk Kadic – Forward Movement – for Podgorica and Family’.
“Following the hours-long session, the State Election Commission reconsidered the election documentation from certain polls and determined that the objections were baseless,” the commission said.
However, the State Election Commission adopted the objection of the DPS Municipal Board in Kotor, ordering the Municipal Election Commission to make decision on repeating the elections in two polling stations.
“At the same time, the State Election Commission rejected two objections by Vladimir Jokovic, a candidate for councillor, explaining that they had already decided on that matter.”
