The threat that TQ Plaza would be blown up was sent by Vladislav Podznyakov, an extremist who until recently stayed in Montenegro, writes today’s Pobjeda.
Citing unnamed sources from the National Security Agency (ANB) and the Police Directorate, the newspaper has published a threatening e-mail – if all TV stations in Montenegro do not report affirmatively on Russia’s aggression against Ukraine, TQ Plaza in Budva will be blown up on Sunday.
The e-mail was sent to the address of the office of the ANB director Dejan Vuksic, but the information was shared with the police only on Monday night, when special units were urgently sent to this city.
“As soon as the police were informed, a special team was sent to Budva, on Monday at around 7 pm. TQ Plaza was emptied, and the search lasted several hours, until late at night. No explosive devices were found”, says a source from the Police Directorate.
