Total FDI inflow in the first six months of 2020 reached €378,8 million while the outflow amounted to €119,6 million.
Net FDI inflow in June reached €259,2 million, by 14% higher than last year.
“Total FDI inflow grey by 1,1 %, the result of the increase in the intercompany debt”, data shows.
Investments of residents amounted to €13 million, while withdrawals of funds of non-residents reached €106,6 million.
FDI inflow in the form of ownership investment reached €112,9 million: €43,6 million was invested in real estate and €69,3 million in enterprises and banks.
FDI inflow in the form of intercompany debt amounted to €547,8 million, by 108,6 % higher than in the same period last year.
