Coach of Montenegrin national football team Ljubisa Tumbakovic said that his team had a great desire to take revenge for shocking defeat in Armenia in the first part of the World Cup qualifiers.
“Falcons” were leading by a score of 2–0 in Yerevan and then allowed the host to win 3:2.
“We must not think about the match in Armenia. Then we played great in the first half and really bad in the second. Literally, we let the rival come back to life. Now it is probably clear to everyone that we have to play at a high level from the first to the last minute and win three ‘golden’ points,” Tumbakovic told Sport Club.
Montenegrin national team will play against Armenia on June 10 in Podgorica. Six days before that, they the team will play a friendly game against Iran.
