After the Democratic Front (DF) called on Prime Minister Zdravko Krivokapić yesterday to annul the decision of the Human Resources Administration because the DF lawyer Dražen Medojević was not shortlisted for the position of the Police Directorate head, information appeared in the media that Mr Krivokapić‘s security adviser, Mr Aleksandar Novović and his domestic policy adviser, Mr Željko Savović, resigned.
Mr Savović confirmed this information in a statement for CdM.
The whole situation was agitated by one of the DF leaders, Mr Andrija Mandić, who told the media yesterday that he had talked to Mr Krivokapić after the Human Resources Administration’s decision. Based on the public appearances of the DF leaders, it is obvious that this political alliance is putting pressure on Mr Krivokapić, demanding that decisions be made in their interest.
