“When it comes to the dismissal of Savo Kentera from the position of the ANB director, it seems that it is an order from outside Montenegro and those who are not comfortable with exposing external influences. Those include both the ones who belong to Putin’s administration and the ones whose head is Aleksandar Vucic”, the director of the Center for Civic Education, Daliborka Uljarevic, has told Pobjeda.
Uljarevic points out that it is a worrying fact that our executive power is so resistant to such malignant influences.
Answering the question whether the unification of the pro-European bloc in the elections in Podgirica is a good way for the parliamentary elections, Uljarevic says that what is a good formula at one level, may not be at another.
“In the case of Podgorica, the unification of this bloc represents a good decision, but I would not automatically draw the same line towards the national level”, says Uljarevic.
