Former director of the Human Resources Directorate of the Ministry of Defense Mihailo Volkov has filed another criminal complaint with the Special State Prosecutor’s Office against the Minister of Defense Olivera Injac, accusing her of abusing her position, Pobjeda has learnt from several sources from the Ministry of Defense.
In the complaint filed on 13 April, Mr Volkov accused Minister Injac of deliberately proposing to the Government of Montenegro that Lieutenant Colonel Veljko Mališić be appointed State Secretary at the Ministry of Defense, and that later, on 20 January, she illegally proposed Mr Mališić to the Government again, contrary to the Montenegrin Constitution for the position of the acting director general of the Logistics Directorate.
