Milena Vujacic from the Old Guard of the LSCG was elected Parliament Speaker of the Old Royal Capital Cetinje. The voting was secret, and 18 councilors of the Cetinje Parliament voted in favour of Vujacic.
Apart from Vujacic, the candidate for this position was Dejana Dizdar from the DPS. Dizdar was supported by 12 councilors.
