Among the 22 gifts reported by President Filip Vujanovic there are models of ships, paintings, decorative plates and bowls, bronze sculptures, a glass bell with ornaments, a wooden rug weaving hand loom, a metal sculpture of Mother Theresa, a silver plate with the Parliament of Bulgaria, a glass vase “Minai” from the Ottoman period, it has been published on the Commission for Conflict of Interests Prevention website.
Parliament Speaker Ranko Krivokapic got 18 presents from his counterparts from around the world including a crystal in a box, a souvenir in a box, symbolic money, a small picture from Moscow, a framed picture of Russia’s parliament, tea cups and ceramic vases.
Foreign Minister Igor Luksic received 11 gifts including a decorative bowl from the Honorary Consul of Montenegro in India Janica Darbari, a book “World Heritage” from the Director General of UNESCO Irina Bokova, a gold-plated mask form Macedonian foreign Minister Nikola Popovski. He also received a porcelain tea bowl, a picture on silk, a horn, coffee cups, porcelain vases, a leather bowl, a tie, a pen and a souvenir in the form of ancient weapons of Moors.
Ms Vesna Ratkovic is the only woman among officials who reported the gifts received from colleagues from abroad. She received an iPad from the ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to Montenegro Zhi Zhaolin.
