Rejčel Grejem, blogerka koja ima 230.000 pratilaca na Instagramu zahvaljujući tome što dijeli svoje cake za gubljenje kilograma, otkrila je nedavno i svoj omiljeni recept. Naime, jedan od ključnih sastojaka njene ishrane u vrijeme kada je bila na dijeti bili su upravo ovi mafini. Rejčel je izgubila 40 kilograma.

Potrebno je:

Pola šolje javorovog sirupa ili meda
2 jaja
2 izgnječene banane
1/4 šolje bademovog mlijeka
1 kašičica sode bikarbone
1/2 kašičice soli
1/2 kašičice cimeta
1 3/4 šoljice integralnog pšeničnog brašna
1/3 ovsenih pahuljica

Priprema:

Zagrijte rernu na 160 stepeni i podmažite pleh za mafine kokosovim uljem.

Ostatak ulja pomiješajte sa javorovim sirupom, potom dodajte jaja, onda i banane i bademovo mlijeko, potom sodu bikarbonu, ekstrakt vanile, so i cimet.

Potom idu brašno i ovsene pahuljice. Sve dobro izmiješajte pa prespite u pleh za mafine.

Pecite 20 minuta.
