Interior Ministry branch offices will work longer in the summer

Due to the high-volume workloads and the high number of requests for issuing documents, as well as requests for other services falling within their competencies, the Interior Ministry’s regional units in the coastal municipalities will have longer working hours during the summer months.

“Namely, in order to solve the requests for issuance of passports, certificates, residence permits and other documents in the shortest possible time and in a more efficient way, particularly taking into account the priorities for adequate and timely provision of services and information to citizens and tourists, regional units in Bar and Herceg Novi, as well as branch offices in Tivat, Budva, Ulcinj and Kotor will work from 7am to 7pm from 22 June to 1 August, whereas they will provide services to citizens from 8am to 6pm each working day,” the ministry said.
